- Requirements Definition
Before starting on any project, it is imperative that all parties involved know
exactly what it is they are trying to achieve. We work with the client to help
uncover the real problem we are setting out to solve – sounds pretty basic but it’s
important.
- Database Design
Just as with building anything which is complex, a good design is needed for the
database which is going to provide the foundation for a new system.
- Systems Implementation
Once the system is designed, we can also undertake the actual implementation, or
programming, of it, if required. We are happy to work with the client’s own
developers or do the work ourselves, as the client decides.
- Support
As the system is used in the regular operation of the business, there can be a need for changes to be made to it. As the developers, we have an intimate knowledge of how the system works so are in the best position to carry out any changes which may need to be made. However, should the client wish it, other personnel may be able to carry out modifications to the system.
